Lot of Three Japanese Figure Paintings: Two Beauties and a Samurai, Early 20th Century

One traditional ink wash on paper mounted to silk, one portrait of Sakamoto Ryōma, and one bijin (beautiful woman). Two pieces are only silk without the paper backing.
Scroll 1 (Left): Beauty in striped kimono holding a fan, signed "Koyō" (交陽) with seal. Mounted on sage green silk with subtle bamboo pattern.
Scroll 2 (Center): Full-length portrait of a samurai in formal kamishimo attire with two swords, signed "Kōbun Kikukagae" (公文菊彦画). Unmounted painting on paper.
Scroll 3 (Right): Nude beauty seated by a standing lantern, in the style of shin-hanga or early modern bijin-ga. Mounted on pale blue-green silk with floral pattern.
All three scrolls show fine brushwork characteristic of early 20th century Japanese painting, with varying conditions showing age-appropriate wear.
Variable sizes, one is approximately 7 ft high, two are approximately 4 ft high by up to 24 in wide. Total weight is approximately 3 lbs.
Condition
Some fading and stains Some foxing on the back side. Scratches and scuffs. Moth holes in the edges of the silk.
Available payment options
Precious metal purchases over $5,000 must be paid with a wire transfer and must be shipped to the same address as the billing address. We accept credit card, PayPal, Zelle, cash and wire transfers for payment. There is a 3.5% convenience fee on all credit card and PayPal payments.
