Small 3-drawer chest believed to be from the ship's famous First Class 'Duck Suite,' preferred accommodations of frequent passengers the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. When removed from the ship, the cabinet had had asbestos coating on its back (the ship was built to be fireproof in the early 1950s). Since then, the asbestos has been professionally remediated. A copy of the receipt for that work included with sale.
