The Hughes Winter Auction features over 200 lots of original fine art, Mid-Century designer furnishings, estate jewelry, pop culture collectibles, and vintage vehicles. We are thrilled to be auctioning a significant collection of ceramics by American potter Doyle Lane (1925 - 2002). Lane's work is held by the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Huntington Library, as well as numerous important private collections. We will be auctioning his sought-after glazed ceramic beads, handmade tiles, quirky sculpture, and hand-throw bowls (pictured above).
