Group of curtains from United States Lines. Many have original markings or tags. Two large fabric stateroom fabric items, both gray with a light mid-century “squiggly” pattern. One has the cloth SS UNITED STATES badge identifying the panel as being from stateroom S-51 and measures 56” x 101” with a seam running the length of the longest side about 14” in and is bordered on two sides by two fringed bands of pale peach. Possibly a curtain panel. The other appears to be a twin sized bedspread in the same pattern but with the two pale peach ribbons running bordering all sides. It measures 99” x 70” and is seamed on both longer sides appx 14” in from the hem. It has not cloth badge, but “S-24” is handwritten in marker pen in two places on the inside hem. No holes or rips, a few minor stains Pair of sturdy stateroom drapes in light pink with red abstract, floral and somewhat atomic looking patter. 47” wide x 78” long each. Note that the fabric for each panel is doubled so the drapes are identical front and back. Unmarked as to location used aboard the ship. Various sizes. Weighs 33 lbs.
