Titled “The Pier.†Signed in the bottom right corner and signed and dated on the back of the piece. Painting is in good condition with no evident flaking, repairs, or scratches. There are a few hairline cracks near the center left and upper left regions. Small 0.25 inch stains on upper right quadrant. Damage to edges and corners of the frame. Visible artwork is approximately 12.25 in H x 18.75 in W. Frame is approximately 22.25 in H x 28.25 in W. Weight is approximately 5.5 pounds.
