This Meiji era antique is made of mixed metals that include copper, brass, and bronze. Designs include engraving and high relief techniques to highlight the hibiscus and bird design. Signed on the lower back side.
Dimensions: Approximately 9.25 in H x 6.75 in W x 6.75 in D. Weighs approximately 5 lbs 2 oz.
Metal is tarnished and uneven throughout. Scratches on the left side of the flower and on the back near the signature.

Precious metal purchases over $5,000 must be paid with a wire transfer and must be shipped to the same address as the billing address. We accept credit card, PayPal, Zelle, cash and wire transfers for payment. There is a 3.5% convenience fee on all credit card and PayPal payments. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs to ship their items, unless otherwise stated. We offer in-house shipping and will ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. NOTE: Hughes is a small company that offers in-house shipping as a convenience to our buyers. In-house shipping can take up to three weeks.
