Dramatic large teardrop opal surrounded by 24 sapphires and 8 diamonds set in 14K yellow gold pendant with 14K gold link chain. Excellent condition. Pedant measures 66mm x 48mm. Chain is approx. 22 inches. Overall weight 70.4 grams. (Chain is 29.3 grams and pendant is 41.1 grams).
